Supporting Children/Teens with Big Emotions and Co Regulation

This will be a great evening.  I will share a wealth of information on the nervous system and co regulation and how best to support our children and young people.  The workshop is fully interactive, so bring along all your concerns and challenges.  I will be guided by the needs of the group.

We'll also have some tea and treats.

The evening will be held in my home.  Please let me know if you have any food intolernaces or allergies.

Also, can I please ask that participants refrain from wearing strong scents as they can be an irritant.

I'm sorry to say that my space is not wheelchair accessible yet.
